Deal with ant infestation

Had ant infestation in kitchen. Tried to deal with it myself using over the counter products but not successful. My neighbour recommended Colin Coley. Colin was round within a couple of hours, as he said he would be. He identified their run and administered his treatment. He was very confident and reassuring, and a really pleasant man. The treatment was effective in a short period of time, and he returned two days later to make sure there was no further ant activity and that we were satisfied. I thought his bill was a fair price to pay for such good service.

Remove squirrel that was causing damage in our loft

Really happy with the service. Colin was very friendly, had good contact to let us know what was happening, even took pictures of the damage caused so we could report it to the landlord. The squirrel was caught in hours of him laying the traps but he still followed up after a week and then another. Would definitely recommend.

The response for help from Colin was immediate. He was very COVID secure for the three visits which constituted his service. The final one was to ensure we were happy with his work, which we most certainly were.

Pest control

Colin was recommended to us and did not disappoint. He came very quickly after I contacted him and discussed the work required. From the outset I knew the cost and that it would require three visits to get a result. As we live in an old building it was tricky to find where the rodents could have got in and we had no evidence bar hearing scratching at night. Colin was very thoughrough in his approach and kept me informed at all times. He was polite, on time, but flexible to time change. We never found the ‘visitors’, but for the last week all was quiet! I would certainly use Colin again!

Mole infestation

Colin was great with his work and pretty exemplary in his knowledge about how to trap these things. Shows his experience, we had quiet a few mounds in our garden in random locations and so the tunnels were so confusing to be able to guess the right spots of its entry and exit. Colin after a bit of wander around and looking at the back end of our garden was able to nail it spot on at its entry. As assured the mole was trapped in two days time, we are so relieved!! Thanks Colin, great piece of work!!

Dealt with Squirrels we had in the loft.

Excellent service provided. As Colin lived so close to us when traps were activated he came straight away to deal with it in a humanely way. Evenings as well. No stress to us at all as the squirrels were dealt with and our problem was sorted with within a week. Nothing was too much trouble for Colin and he is very efficient and knowledgeable in dealing with the problem. Thank you!

Very responsive. Asked questions and quoted over the phone. Humanely dispatched Pigeon in chimney before bringing back through air vent in upstairs bedroom.

Wasp nest removal

Called shortly following my enquiry, attended 30 minutes later (on a Sunday). Located a second nest to the one I had identified, dealt with both for the price quoted for one. Colin was efficient and polite. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Will most definitely use again.
